What's Included in Umrah Packages?

It depends on the package. Our land-only packages start from £199pp (budget) to £3,199pp (ultra luxury) and exclude return flights — you book these separately, typically with airlines like British Airways, Saudia, Flydubai, Emirates, or Qatar. Adding return flights from London typically costs £350–550pp depending on season and airline. We also offer full packages (land + flights) upon request — WhatsApp us for a combined quote.

Hotels vary by category: Budget/3★ packages include economy hotels 500–800m from Masjid al-Haram. Standard/4★ packages include hotels 200–400m from the Haram. Premium/5★ packages include hotels 50–150m from the Haram. Ultra Luxury packages include hotels directly overlooking the Kaaba (e.g. in the Abraj Al-Bait complex). All confirmed hotels are ATOL-registered supplier properties with English-speaking reception staff.

Umrah visa assistance is included in all our packages — meaning our team handles the application, document checking, and submission. The Saudi government visa fee itself is either included or charged at cost (£45–75) depending on the specific package. We will always confirm exactly what's included in your package quote before you commit.

Standard packages are typically room-only or bed-and-breakfast. Breakfast is included in most 4★ and 5★ packages. Full-board (three meals) is available as an add-on or in premium packages upon request. Many pilgrims prefer to eat independently — the areas around both Harams have extensive halal restaurant options at every price point, from £2 street food to £20+ sit-down meals.

Yes — all two-city packages (Makkah + Madinah) include the inter-city ground transfer between Makkah and Madinah. This is typically a 4–5 hour coach journey on the Haramain Expressway, or we can arrange the high-speed Haramain train (HSR) for an additional cost. Private car transfers are also available on request (approximately £120–180 per vehicle).

Items typically NOT included: return flights; UK departure airport transfers; meals (unless specified); ziyarat/historical sites tours; personal shopping; travel insurance; laundry; phone SIM card; and any Saudi government taxes introduced after booking. We provide a full, transparent quote with all inclusions and exclusions clearly stated before you pay any deposit.

Travel insurance is not included in any of our standard packages — it must be purchased separately. We strongly recommend specialist Islamic travel insurance that covers: emergency medical treatment in Saudi Arabia (costs can be very high), medical repatriation to the UK, trip cancellation, and cover for pre-existing conditions if applicable. We can recommend trusted providers.

Yes — Ziyarat (Islamic historical sites tours) in Makkah and Madinah are not included in standard packages but can be added. Typical group Ziyarat tours cost £25–45pp per city. Sites include: Jabal Nur (Cave of Hira), Jabal Thawr, Battle of Badr sites, Masjid Quba, Masjid al-Qiblatayn, and the Prophet's Mosque expansion sites. We arrange guided tours with English/Urdu-speaking guides.
