Double rooms (one double bed) and twin rooms (two single beds) are both available depending on your preference and hotel availability. We confirm the room type at the time of booking — not just a request. Double/twin supplement over quad sharing is typically £50–150pp depending on hotel category.

For Umrah purposes, Saudi visa regulations require couples to show proof of marriage if sharing a room. Unmarried couples cannot share hotel rooms. We arrange all bookings in full compliance with Saudi regulations. If you are engaged or in a relationship, we can book you separate rooms. A married couple travelling together fulfils the Mahram requirement automatically — the husband serves as the Mahram for his wife. This means no additional guardian is required. Couples must provide: original passports for both husband and wife (min 6 months validity), passport photos, confirmed flights and hotel, meningitis ACWY certificates for both, and a marriage certificate (translated into English or Arabic if in another language).
