Our payment plan allows you to spread the cost of your Umrah package over 3, 6, or 12 monthly instalments. You pay an initial deposit to secure your booking and dates, then pay the remaining balance in equal monthly instalments. WhatsApp us to set up your plan in minutes.
Yes. Our payment plans are completely interest-free (no riba). You pay the same total package price as someone paying in full — the instalments are simply a convenience payment method. There are no hidden fees or interest charges whatsoever.
A deposit of approximately 25% of the total package cost secures your booking and travel dates. For example, on a £749 Standard package, the deposit would be approximately £187.25. The remaining balance is split across your chosen monthly plan.
Full payment must be completed at least 4 weeks before your travel departure date. We will send you automated payment reminders well in advance to ensure your payments stay on track.
If you anticipate missing a payment, please WhatsApp us as soon as possible. We work with customers to find a solution. Persistent non-payment may result in the booking being cancelled subject to our cancellation policy.
Absolutely — you can pay off your remaining balance at any time with no early repayment charges or fees. Many customers choose to pay earlier when they receive a bonus or gift.
Yes. Our payment plan is available on all Umrah packages (Budget, Economy, Standard, Luxury) and Hajj packages. Flight-inclusive packages can also be paid on a plan. WhatsApp us for a specific quote with monthly amounts.
Yes. For family packages, the plan is applied to the total booking cost. We can arrange a single consolidated payment plan for the whole family, simplifying your budgeting.
All flight-inclusive bookings are ATOL protected (No. 74904 via Times Travel Ltd). Land-only package deposit refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
