Group Umrah Packages

We class a group as 10 or more pilgrims travelling together. Groups can be families, mosques, Islamic societies, corporate teams or community organisations. We can also accommodate smaller groups of 6–9 on request — WhatsApp us to discuss your specific requirements.

Groups of 10+ typically receive 5–10% discount on package prices. Groups of 20+ can negotiate further reductions on hotel costs. Additionally, the group leader (1 person per 15 pilgrims) travels at a substantially reduced price. All group prices are quoted individually — WhatsApp us for a bespoke group quote.

Yes — we regularly work with mosques, Islamic societies, Quran schools and community centres across the UK to organise group Umrah programmes. We handle all visa coordination, flight groupings, hotel blocks and ground transport as a single managed programme. Contact our group desk for a tailored proposal.

We recommend booking group Umrah at least 3–4 months in advance to secure hotel blocks, seat allocations and visa slots. During peak season (Ramadan, school holidays), 6+ months notice is advisable. For groups of 30+, early booking is essential as Saudi quota allocations are limited.

We manage the entire visa process for the group centrally. Each pilgrim completes an individual application but we submit them as a batch and coordinate with the Saudi embassy. This speeds up processing and ensures the whole group travels together. Typical processing time is 7–21 days depending on season.

Yes — mixed groups are accommodated in the same hotel with separate room assignments. Women in the group are managed according to Saudi mahram regulations (post-2021 rules allow women of any age without a mahram in an organised group). Our group programmes include female group leaders and coordinators where required.

All group programmes include a qualified UK Islamic scholar who leads the Umrah rituals, delivers daily lectures, and provides spiritual guidance throughout. Group bookings require a refundable deposit of £200pp within 7 days of confirmation. The balance schedule is agreed individually based on departure date. We can also accommodate split-payment arrangements where each member pays directly to us. A group contract is provided outlining all terms, cancellation policy and ATOL protection details.
