Ideal for families and first-timers. Smaller crowds, better value, full Ramadan atmosphere with Taraweeh prayers in Makkah and Madinah.
The most sought-after Umrah experience. Arrive before 20 Ramadan to witness the Night of Power (Qadr) at Masjid al-Haram. Highly limited availability.
Spend the entire blessed month in Makkah and Madinah. The ultimate spiritual retreat — witnessing every night of Taraweeh, Laylat al-Qadr, and Eid in the Haram.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Umrah in Ramadan is equivalent to Hajj — or to Hajj with me." (Bukhari & Muslim). This hadith has driven Ramadan to be the most sought-after time for Umrah.
The Night of Power — hidden within the odd nights of the last 10 nights — is worth more than 1,000 months of worship. Spending it at Masjid al-Haram is one of the most spiritually intense experiences possible.
Witnessing millions of pilgrims from every nation standing in prayer together, breaking fast side by side at the Kaaba, is a reminder of the universality of Islam that many describe as life-changing.
Praying 20 rakats of Taraweeh behind the world's finest Quran reciters — in the mosque where the revelation of the Quran began — is a profound blessing sought by Muslims worldwide.
Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin on approximately 7 February 2027 (subject to moon sighting), with the first day of Eid al-Fitr on approximately 9 March 2027. The last 10 nights (Laylat al-Qadr period) will begin around 27 February 2027. Exact dates are subject to official moon sighting announcements by Saudi Arabia.
Ramadan Umrah is priced higher than regular Umrah due to overwhelming global demand, especially for the last 10 nights. Hotels near Masjid al-Haram increase their rates significantly during Ramadan — Haram-facing rooms can triple in price. Airlines also increase fares. Despite the higher cost, many pilgrims consider Ramadan Umrah to be the spiritual highlight of their lives — performing Tawaf at Taraweeh, Laylat al-Qadr prayers, and breaking fast at Iftar at the Haram are experiences of profound significance.
We strongly recommend booking Ramadan Umrah 2026 NOW (or as early as possible). Hotels within 200m of the Haram sell out 6–12 months in advance for Ramadan dates. The last 10 nights are particularly scarce — we already have limited inventory. A deposit as small as £200pp can secure your place. WhatsApp us immediately to check availability.
We offer three Ramadan package tiers: 1) First half of Ramadan (1–15 Ramadan) — less crowded, lower prices, ideal for families and first-timers. 2) Last 10 Nights (20–30 Ramadan) — the most sought-after and spiritually significant period, including Laylat al-Qadr. 3) Full Ramadan (30 nights) — the complete experience. For maximum Laylat al-Qadr blessing, book the last 10 nights, ideally arriving before the 20th of Ramadan.
Ramadan — especially the last 10 nights — brings the largest crowds to Masjid al-Haram all year. Tawaf can be very crowded between Isha and Fajr. We advise performing Tawaf in the early hours (2–5am) when crowds are somewhat lighter. For elderly pilgrims or those with mobility issues, the wheelchair Tawaf circuit on the upper floor is available throughout Ramadan. Our local Saudi team advises all pilgrims on optimal timing upon arrival.
Standard packages are room-only. Iftar at Masjid al-Haram is free — the Saudi government and charitable organisations provide Iftar spread along the mosque perimeter, with dates, juices, and cooked food. For Suhoor, many hotels offer early dining. Full-board (Suhoor + Iftar included) is available as a premium option in some of our Ramadan packages — ask our team when enquiring.
Yes — there is no minimum age for Umrah. Children can perform Umrah and receive full reward. The Saudi authorities have family-friendly facilities in the mosque. Pushchairs and strollers are permitted in certain areas outside the main prayer times. We recommend families avoid the most crowded days (27th night) unless comfortable with very dense crowds. Our family Ramadan packages ensure child-friendly hotel rooms and flexible timing.
